1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote booking of services offered by the establishment, whose contact details are included in the booking confirmation.

They apply to all services offered by the establishment and govern all stages of the booking and its execution.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale as well as the specific conditions of the reserved rate.


2. Reservation

The customer chooses the services presented on the booking platform and acknowledges having received all the information necessary for their decision.

The reservation is considered firm upon receipt of the email confirmation.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.


3. Cancellation or modification by the customer

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal.

The pricing conditions specify the terms and conditions for cancellation and modification.

Prepaid reservations are neither modifiable nor refundable.

Deposits paid are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

All reservations are nominative and non-transferable.


4. Arrivals and departures

Check-in is on the first day of your reservation between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Any arrival after 7:00 PM must be arranged in advance with the property. If no prior arrangements are made, the property reserves the right to consider the reservation as cancelled.

Departures take place on the last day of the booking, no later than 11:00 AM. The length of stay is determined at the time of booking. Under no circumstances may the client claim the right to remain on the premises after the end of their stay. Any interruption of the stay by the client will not result in any refund. The total amount of the booked stay remains payable to the establishment.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.


5. Life in the institution

The establishment may ask the customer to fill out a police form in accordance with regulations.

The customer agrees to abide by the establishment's internal regulations.

Any behavior contrary to good morals or public order may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

The number of occupants cannot exceed the capacity indicated at the time of booking.


6. Responsibility

Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents or guardians.

Personal belongings left in rooms or common areas remain the sole responsibility of their owners.

The establishment cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or fault on the part of the client or a third party.

Any complaint must be made in writing within 14 days of departure.


7. Damage, nuisance and disrespect for the premises

The rooms and all other facilities made available to guests are checked, functional, and in good condition. Our guests are asked to report any issues immediately.

The client is responsible for all damage caused by themselves, their companions, their children, or their animals. The costs of repair, replacement, restoration, or exceptional cleaning will be billed to the client upon presentation of the corresponding receipts. Any loss of an item made available to the customer (key, remote control, access badge, loaned equipment, etc.) may be charged at the cost of its replacement or recommissioning.

All interior spaces are non-smoking. Any violation will result in charges for the necessary cleaning and temporary closure of the room.

To preserve the premises and ensure everyone's safety, guests are required to dry themselves thoroughly before entering the indoor areas of the house. It is forbidden to walk in the common areas or access the rooms while wet after using the pool.

You are hereby informed that our establishment is under video surveillance outside the building.


8. Swimming pool

An unheated 10x5m chlorine swimming pool is available for guests of the bed and breakfast. Use of the pool is entirely at the users' own risk. Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

An NF 90-307-1 alarm system is installed in accordance with current regulations.


9. Animals

Pets are not allowed on the premises. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the refusal of your stay and no refund will be issued.


10. Table d'hôtes

The communal dining table is available by reservation only, at least 24 hours in advance. Any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements must be reported at the time of booking, at least 24 hours before the meal. Without prior notification, the establishment cannot guarantee menu adjustments.

Any cancellation of a meal less than 24 hours before it is to be served may be charged in full.

Meals are offered from Sunday to Tuesday, only in the evening.


11. Household linens

The towels provided in the rooms are for indoor use only. They should not be used as pool towels, beach towels, or for any other outdoor use.

Any inappropriate use or damage to the linen may result in additional charges.

Pool towels can be made available to guests upon request to the establishment, subject to availability.


12. Keys and access

The keys given to the customer during their stay remain the property of the establishment.

The client agrees to take care of them diligently and to return them upon departure.

Any loss, damage, or failure to return keys may result in charges for the replacement of the key, cylinder, lock, or any security device whose replacement may prove necessary to guarantee the safety of the premises and occupants.

Reproduction of the keys given to the customer is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the establishment.

The establishment reserves the right to terminate the stay in the event of a breach of security or a serious breach of this obligation


13. Price

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and confirmed at the time of booking. If payment at the establishment is made in a currency other than the one confirmed on the booking, the exchange fees will be charged to the customer. All bookings, regardless of origin, are payable in the establishment's local currency.

Tourist taxes are payable on site (€0.66 per adult per night).

Any changes to legal taxes will be automatically reflected.


14. Payment

The customer provides their bank details as a guarantee or prepayment.

Payment can be made at the time of booking or on site according to the pricing conditions, and upon arrival of the customers on the premises.

In case of no-show, the agreed amount is due.

Payments are secured by an approved service provider.


15. Personal data (GDPR)

In the context of booking and providing the services offered, the establishment is required to collect and process personal data concerning its customers.

The data collected is necessary for the management of reservations, the execution of the accommodation and catering contract, customer relationship management, invoicing, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, as well as the prevention of fraud and non-payment.

The data that may be collected includes, in particular: name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number, booking information, as well as information necessary for payment.

These processing operations are based on the execution of the reservation contract, compliance with the legal obligations incumbent upon the establishment and, where applicable, on the consent of the client when required.

Personal data is intended exclusively for the establishment as well as its service providers and subcontractors involved in the management of reservations, payments and administrative obligations, including the Elloha booking platform and the payment provider Stripe.

The data is kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, plus the applicable legal limitation and retention periods.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and applicable French legislation, any data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and the right to data portability where applicable.

These rights can be exercised by sending a request to the establishment at the postal or email address indicated in the legal notices of the website.

The customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL).

The institution undertakes to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the personal data processed.


16. Force majeure

The establishment cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure.


17. Proof and numerical data

Entering the required bank details, as well as accepting these terms and conditions and the booking voucher or request, constitutes an electronic signature which, between the parties, has the same value as a handwritten signature.

The computerized records stored in the elloha.com computer systems will be kept under reasonable security conditions and considered proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties. The customer is informed that their IP address is recorded at the time of booking.


18. Completeness

These terms and conditions, the pricing conditions and the booking confirmation constitute the entire contract.

In case of conflict, the conditions stated on the booking confirmation shall prevail.

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and apply to future bookings.
